AKA Katira, is a natural gum obtained from the Astragalus extract. The gum has been used historically as a herbal remedy and still is being used in various industries such as food, beverage, confectionery, dairy, bakery and etc for different purposes like preservation, emulsion, thickening and etc because of its wonderful properties.
